Bug reports, feature requests, corrections and questions are all welcome. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
We aim to reply within two to three business days. There is no contact form on this page on purpose: the site has no backend and sends nothing anywhere, and we would rather keep it that way than add a third-party form that collects your details.
Reporting a bug
Fixing a formatting or parsing bug is much faster when the report includes:
- A small sample of JSON that reproduces the problem — the smallest input that still fails.
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- Your browser and version (for example, Chrome 131 or Safari 18) and your operating system.
- Approximate size of the input, if the issue only appears with large files.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
Please strip secrets, tokens and personal data from any sample before sending it. We never receive what you paste into the tool itself — anything you email us is a separate, deliberate act, so send redacted examples only.
Requesting a feature
Tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than only the feature you have in mind — it often leads to a better fit. Requests for new conversion targets, keyboard shortcuts and export formats are the most common, and they do get built.
Privacy, legal and licensing
For questions about how data is handled, read the Privacy Policy first; it covers the common ones. For data protection requests, terms questions, licensing, or use of the tool inside an organisation, email the address above with “Privacy” or “Legal” in the subject line. Usage of the site is governed by our Terms & Conditions.
Before you write
Two things we get asked often: your JSON is never uploaded — all processing happens in your browser — and the tool is free with no limits, no account and no paid tier. More background is on theAbout page, and theFAQ on the home page answers most usage questions.
